Recover Deleted Files Or Make Them Disappear For Good

How many times has it happened that a person delete a file or document only to discover
later that the action was done in error? Most modern computers use NTFS (New Technology
File System) as the default file system in all operating systems. When a file is
deleted on FAT32 or NTFS file system the content is not deleted or erased from disk.
Only the reference to the actual file data in File Allocation Table or Master File
Table is marked as deleted. To the average person these files appear to be deleted
but with specialized software these files can still be detected. In the past costs
had to be incurred to get so called professionals to do data recovery and recover
inadvertently deleted files.
File Recovery and Delete claims to offer analysis, inexpensive recovery and permanent
deletion. The program recognizes FAT16, FAT32, NTFS, NTFS5 and NTFS/EFS file systems.
In essence it means a person can now recover pictures, songs, movies and documents.
The scanning feature scans a hard drive and builds a directory of current and deleted
files. The files are then grouped into several categories namely: Application/Binary,
Archive/Compressed, Audio/Video, Document/Spreadsheet, Folder, Image/Picture, Text
and Miscellaneous. Once this process is completed a person can have full control
over which files to recover and what destination to recover them to.
Our Research of File Recovery And Delete Suggests:
File Recovery and Delete can use local hard drive, remote drive or flash drive as
a recovery destination folder and claims that the program can even recover deleted
files from the same drive the deleted file originally resided on. It is however
recommended that deleted files should be recovered to a secondary or remote drive.
The program can handle files regardless of size, type or any other attribute and
can recover file content as long as space on the hard drive has not been reused by
the operating system. With Encrypting File System (EFS) that runs on top of NTFS
File R/D does not decipher content of such encrypted files but instead copies the
raw content of the files just as a backup application will do. The program is not
just suited for regular files but also supports archived, hidden, system, sparse,
encrypted and compressed files.
